These have a 3 degree travel, giving the wheels instant response to pedal movement. The number of engagement points stops at 120, which is made up of 60 walnut teeth and 6 flags in groups of 3.
The design of the hubs themselves is also unique, with the large oversize body compensating for the stresses on the disc side, and the large 6902 bearings covered by several grades of seals ensure the high life of these bearings.
Serviceability, is also simple, you don't need any special tools for it, all serviceable at home. The Vault hubs have a unique sound that you won't need any bell with, attention on the trail is assured.
