Advanced Composite Technology
In our own carbon processing factory, we use high-end raw carbon with an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio to produce custom Advanced Composite material. The front triangle of the frame is assembled and cured in the mould as one continuous piece (monocoque) using a patented manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.

Compact Road Design
When Giant, in collaboration with the professional ONCE racing team, introduced a completely new road bike design called Compact Road in the 1990s, it changed the look and feel of race and performance road bikes forever. The sloping top tube (from the head tube to the seat tube) creates a smaller front and consequently rear frame triangle, resulting in a lighter and stiffer bike. Another advantage of Compact Road geometry is that it makes it easier for riders to achieve an ideal riding position.

Giant Tubeless System
Fewer punctures. Better tyre grip. Lower rolling resistance, a more comfortable and faster ride. With the Giant tubeless system, you can enjoy all of these benefits. The rims come from the factory with tubeless tape and valves already installed, so you only need to add sealant and the wheels are fully ready for tubeless use.

PowerCore
The massively oversized bottom bracket area and rear triangle feature a fully integrated bottom bracket design with a width of 86.5 mm (92 mm on MTB bikes). The asymmetric rear triangle provides higher stiffness on the drivetrain side and better stability on the opposite side.
