Specifications
Brand

Engineered for faster driving. The new and tenth generation of the legendary TCR racing series once again brings a host of innovations. Whether you're climbing, cornering or attacking, the new TCR Advanced is made for it all. Lightweight, efficient and with integrated components, it's designed to give you a competitive edge in every situation.

The frame set, wheels, cockpit and other components are designed, developed and tested together to work best as one system. The all-new Contact AeroLight stem allows for a new cable routing system that integrates not only the cables, but also the top cap and spacers into a more aerodynamic and user-friendly unit.

Advanced Composite Technology
In our in-house carbon processing factory, we use premium raw carbon with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio to produce custom Advanced Composite material. The front triangle of the frame is assembled and mold cured as one continuous piece (monocoque) using a patented manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.

Giant Tubeless System
Fewer flats. Better tire grip. Less rolling resistance, more comfortable and faster ride. With Giant's tubeless system, you can enjoy all these benefits. The rims come with tubeless tape and valves from the factory, so all you have to do is apply sealant and your wheels are fully ready for tubeless.

PowerCore
The massive oversized centerfold and rear construction area features a fully integrated 86.5mm wide centerfold design (92mm wide on MTB bikes). The asymmetrical rear construction provides increased stiffness on the chain side and improved stability on the opposite side.

Design Compact Road

When Giant in the 90s. 1990s, Giant introduced the Compact Road design, it forever changed the look and feel of performance road bikes. The angled lowered top frame tube (from head tube to seat tube) creates a smaller front, and subsequently rear, frame triangle, achieving a lighter, stiffer bike. It also makes it easier for riders with different proportions to achieve the ideal seating position.

This no-compromise race bike delivers explosive acceleration and unyielding pedaling stiffness with a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio than the previous generation of this model, new aerodynamic tube shaping and lower overall weight. The result is peak performance that you'll appreciate most in those race-critical moments.

All tube shapes are designed and developed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modelling and wind tunnel testing. From the truncated ellipse-shaped frame tube design, to the new cockpit design and component integration, all contribute to a streamlined airfoil that improves overall aerodynamic performance compared to the previous generation.

Founded in 1972, Giant is the largest bicycle manufacturer in the world.

Giant is the world's leading brand of high quality bicycles and cycling equipment. As part of the Giant Group, founded in 1972, the Giant brand combines craftsmanship, advanced technology and innovative design.

Giant has long been one of the leading innovators in cycling. They introduced lighter and stronger aluminium frames at a time when steel was the industry standard. They were the first to make carbon fibre bikes widely available to the world. They defined modern road bike design with Compact Road geometry. And the patented Maestro suspension revolutionized the full-suspension bike segment.

WeightUnfortunately, there is no standard for weighing bikes that all manufacturers adhere to, and the weights listed are often inaccurate. To find out the exact weight of a bike in a given size, you need to have the bike weighed at the store, as well as a model from a competing brand – this is the only way to get accurate figures for weight comparison.
