The one-piece poles made of 85% carbon stand out for their excellent combination of durability, weight and power transmission. The poles are equipped with the new Nordic Shark system, the ultimate handle-loop technology designed for Nordic disciplines. The new handle allows for precise guidance, control and power transfer to the pole during use, allowing you to train efficiently. In addition, the Smart Tip 2.0 tip can be changed from a rubber tip to a hard metal tip for transitioning from terrain to asphalt in one motion and without the use of tools. This makes the Smart Pacemaker Lite poles ideal for anyone who likes to walk on a variety of surfaces.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:

This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
