How to choose the right sizeSkytera Lite is a three-section aluminium trekking pole designed for demanding mountain hikes where every gram and every detail matters. The pole is built from proven HTS 6.5 material – heat-treated aluminium that offers an exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio. The Verticon foam grip combines the ergonomic shape of the Aergon grip with the lightness of the Spartan grip – the result is a large gripping surface that ensures excellent control, especially on descents. The 1K Foam grip extension allows comfortable holding on steep or traversing terrain without needing to readjust the length. - Fast and secure length adjustment with the Speed Lock Plus system
The Speed Lock Plus locking system uses an external clamp that enables quick and easy length changes within the 110–135 cm range, while providing maximum clamping force for a firm setting even in the most demanding terrain – so the length can be reliably adjusted even with gloves on or in bad weather.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
