How to choose the right sizeLEKI Sherpa FX Carbon Strong is a premium folding pole designed for demanding high-alpine expeditions, both in winter ski conditions and for summer movement with crampons. The robust carbon construction with a 20 mm upper diameter places this pole among the most stable folding poles available on the market.
The pole combines PRC 1000 carbon in the upper four sections with HTS 6.5 aluminium in the lower part, achieving exceptional strength at a weight of just 300 g. The ergonomic Aergon Air grip with rubberised sections and an extended grip for steep terrain ensures a reliable hold even during long-term use in challenging terrain.

Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
