To season with pepper or salt, simply press and hold the button on the top. Electric grinders require no physical grinding, so you can stir with one hand and season with the other.
Use the knob located on the bottom of the grinder to adjust the coarseness of the grind. To fill the grinders, rotate the acrylic center and chrome top to align the padlock symbol with the unlock symbol.
