The exceptionally lightweight Ergobag Flex school backpack is the ideal combination of maximum comfort, flexibility and advanced ergonomics for children in the first years of primary school. Weighing just 870 grams and offering an extra-large 23-litre capacity, it provides plenty of space for all school essentials without putting unnecessary strain on children’s backs.

Thanks to the innovative sliding back system “Your-Size-System”, the backpack grows with your child from 100 to 150 cm in height (approximately from 5 to 10 years). The backpack supports healthy development by transferring most of the load from the shoulders to the stable hip area.

1. Internal organisation
   Children always have a clear overview in the main compartment with space for exercise books. Thanks to the flexible book compartment, heavy school books stay close to the back. Valuables are safely stored in a mesh pocket with a key ring, and the pencil case is always within reach in the zip compartment in the lid.
2. Side pockets
   The side pockets provide space for a water bottle or umbrella, giving your child quick and easy access to the most important items when needed.
3. Snack compartment
   The front pocket opens easily with a zip – ideal for quickly storing a snack. The compartment is made from leak-proof material and the inside can be easily wiped clean in case of accidents.
4. Magnetic clasp
   Simple fastening for small hands. The high-quality magnetic closure can be slid into the open position from the side and, thanks to magnetic force, closes almost automatically.

   The backpack has a firm, water-resistant base with practical feet, so it can be set down anywhere. If it accidentally falls into a puddle or is placed on a wet floor, the items inside stay dry thanks to the waterproof bottom section.
10. Surfaces for Kletties
    There are a total of four hook-and-loop fasteners on the school bag for colourful Kletties. This gives every child a unique backpack they can change whenever they like.
11. Space for talismans
    You’ll find two loops for attaching Hangies charms. They not only liven up the backpack, but also help your child recognise their bag quickly among others.

Correct adjustment in 4 steps

1 - Height: Open out the back section and set the straps according to the scale matching your child’s height.
2 - Hips: Tighten the padded hip belt firmly to transfer the backpack’s weight to the pelvis.
3 - Shoulders: Pull the shoulder straps back and down so the backpack sits comfortably on the back.
4 - Chest: Fasten the height-adjustable chest strap to prevent the shoulder straps from slipping.

Care instructions: Clean the backpack by hand only. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, tumble dry or dry clean.
