Use and maintenance
Cutlery is dishwasher safe. Wash everything immediately after use. Separate the knives from other cutlery in the dishwasher. Wash with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine and bleaching agents. Dry thoroughly after washing. Carefully remove residues of salt, lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces and do not use abrasive cloths or metal wire.
