SURLY is the jacket that will save you in the worst weather. Made of very lightweight, 100% waterproof material. Well ventilated underarm.
All seams are taped in Storm, which guarantees complete waterproofness. The cape is narrow cut with an extended back and elasticated waist to suit cycling well. The hood is in one piece with the jacket, but can be used to roll it up into a collar and secure with eyelets and Velcro straps, or it can be put directly under the helmet. The collar has a brushed material on the inside.
It is primarily designed for cyclists, but can also be used as a lightweight, packable backup jacket for hiking or other sports.
