Thanks to IPX8 water resistance, you don't have to worry about heavy rain or accidentally dropping the headlamp into water (tested at 1.1 meters underwater for 30 minutes). Functionality is maintained even if water enters the battery compartment. After contact with large amounts of water, the headlamp must be dried before further use.

The hybrid power concept allows the use of classic 3 AAA batteries or a rechargeable cell that can be easily recharged via micro USB port anywhere on the go, for example from a power bank or solar charger.
