The vest is equipped with two soft bottles (soft flask) of 600 ml with a long straw for easy drinking while running. Compression Fit ensures a snug fit to the body. It does not bounce uncomfortably when running.
Men Fit means that the backpack is designed according to the anatomical shaping of the male body. If you prefer to drink from a hydration bag instead of bottles while running, it can be purchased. The backpack is compatible with any Nathan hydration pack.
