How to choose the right sizePRC Junior are the ideal poles for young people who want to gain their first experience of cross-country skiing. They are equipped with the Trigger Shark 2.0 system, which ensures easy release of the loop and grip.
The hand can be removed from the pole in no time. The anatomically shaped and infinitely adjustable strap wraps around the hand, while the cork-coated handle provides support when pushing.
Shark System
The Shark System offers optimal power transfer through a direct connection between the hand and the stick. Quick snapping in and out is no problem. All Shark loops and gloves are compatible with all Shark clubs.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
