Red LED light for UVEX Kid 4 helmets. This is a more modern type of child’s blinker from Uvex, which differs mainly in that it no longer uses button batteries, but has an integrated rechargeable battery that is charged via a USB-C cable (the connector is hidden under a rubber cover on the light body itself).
It fits perfectly into the specific triangular/aerodynamic cutout on the back of the Kid 4 helmet shell. This particular light does not fit into other children’s helmets (e.g. Uvex Oyo, Kid 2, Kid 3 or hlmt 4 mini me) due to a different shape of the construction.
Aerodynamic shape: It fits perfectly into the back of the helmet, so it does not stick out anywhere and does not spoil the appearance.
Modes: It offers both continuous and flashing light for increased safety.
Installation: It works on a “plug-in” principle – it simply snaps into the designated hole on the back of the helmet, without the need for any tools or gluing.
