The Owen model is a ski helmet designed for those who enjoy the slopes and off-piste terrain. With its minimalist design and advanced technologies such as Spherical Powered by MIPS, it provides excellent protection and comfort.
The two-piece shell works like a joint, allowing the outer shell to rotate around the inner shell on impact, reducing the forces acting on the head. The In Form2 fit system allows adjustment of the helmet’s size and height, while Thermostat Stealth ventilation can be controlled from the inside of the helmet. A secure fit is ensured by the Fidlock magnetic buckle.
- Spherical Powered by MIPS technology significantly reduces rotational forces acting on the head during impact, increasing brain protection.
- The In Form2 Fit system enables a perfect adjustment of the helmet’s size and position, ensuring comfort and safety.
- The Thermostat Stealth ventilation system provides excellent temperature regulation and allows the user to stay comfortable regardless of the weather.
- The Fidlock magnetic buckle allows easy fastening and release with one hand, which is practical when wearing gloves.

Science and soul. They might seem like two disparate entities - but through the 30-year history of the Giro brand, they have been brought together in equal measure. Giro benefits from world-class resources. Based in Santa Cruz, California, it's an action sports paradise - incredible waves for surfers, endless singles for bikers and coastline-lined roads for roadies.
At Giro's headquarters, you'll find over 50 different helmet testers, several 3D printers, a custom wind tunnel, and even a Therminator test head equipped with thermal sensors to test helmet venting and hole placement. Giro has a lot of products in many categories, from helmets to gloves to trunks. But each one was born out of a desire to enhance your riding experience.
