The oval fish pan is innovative thanks to its recyclable cast aluminium, which can be melted to different thicknesses, and a specially developed honeycomb bottom that preserves the aroma and respects the other sensory and nutritional properties of the food.
The pan is particularly ideal for preparing fish in many variations, but also pork. Suitable for cooking in the oven, but also on gas, electricity and grill. Thanks to the thick wall of the pan made of cast aluminium, the temperature remains the same over the entire surface during cooking, allowing cooking at low temperatures. This cooking technique does not alter the food, but rather enhances its flavour.
