The NEXT pressure cooker in 18/10 stainless steel offers a modern design and highly functional features. Thanks to the bayonet closure system and the ergonomic handle made of black bakelite with red inserts, using the pot is comfortable and safe. The triple bottom with heat diffuser and four-element safety system ensure fast and efficient food preparation. The pot is compatible with all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

Use and maintenance
The pressure cooker can be filled to 2/3 of its total capacity, i.e. a maximum of 4 litres. There is an internal level indicator which does not represent the total capacity of the cooker.
The Pro pressure cooker is dishwasher safe. Wash it with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine and bleach. Carefully remove salt, lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces and do not use abrasive cloths or metal wire.
