Spectra® Ripstop fabric plays a key role here, resisting not only tears but also UV rays, which is crucial when moving at high altitudes. The TRI-FLEX™ back system is complemented by contoured lumbar padding and a supportive waist belt, which together ensure efficient weight distribution throughout the body. In addition, a roll-up closure allows flexible adjustment of the pack's volume to suit your current needs.
Spectra® fibres, combined with Cordura, create an extremely durable fabric, up to 15 times stronger than steel at the same weight. The TRI-FLEX™ system is lightweight and supportive, fitting tightly to the back and ensuring complete freedom of movement, even when carrying heavier loads.

The RAB story began in 1981 in the attic of a small terraced house in Sheffield, where Rab Carrington made the first sleeping bag to bear his name. Rab's experience from his years in the mountains was evident in his designs, which he hand-stitched and devised with his own genius eye, and were soon in demand from both friends and the growing local mountaineering community.
But it didn't end there. Soon the word got out and the Sheffield loft became a factory floor, producing sleeping bags and jackets for customers far and wide. Now, decades later, these honest and durable models can be found all over the world; wherever adventurers venture out to meet the elements.
