The Nordic FRT is a handle specially developed for cross-country skiing. It allows you to adjust the loop to the millimetre exactly. This ensures an optimal connection between hand and pole and maximum power transfer in the cross-country trail.

Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
