What are the benefits of frozen foods?

Preparation:

1. Tear off the edge of the pouch.
2. Remove the pouch containing the oxygen absorber (a non-flammable pouch containing moisture-absorbing iron oxide).
3. Pour hot water into the pouch (small pack 300 ml/large pack 300 ml) and stir.
4. Seal the pouch and allow the contents to rehydrate.
5. After 8 minutes, stir, or refill if necessary.

Food can be eaten directly from the bag or served on a plate as desired.
