This outer layer is made from lightweight two-layer DryVent™ fabric with taped seams and a water-repellent finish. That means you’ll stay dry, protected from the wind and you won’t overheat or get too sweaty – which you’ll appreciate when you head out hiking in changeable weather.
This close-fitting waterproof jacket has a clean, uncomplicated look, but it still has enough features for hiking in bad weather. For example, a protective storm flap over the front zip. Velcro® cuff tabs, a drawcord-adjustable hem and an adjustable, packable hood – all designed to protect you from wind and rain. The lining is made from soft mesh and taffeta, and your chin is protected from the zip by a smooth brushed-fabric chin guard. Two side pockets complete the design.
