Note: You can only replace the parts yourself if your poles have a light gray end cap/connector on the upper section that separates into two parts when unscrewed.
If it is difficult to insert the cord back into the part, you can insert it using an unraveled wire hanger or similar object.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
