The third generation of the Fenix LD41 XM-L2 handheld flashlight delivers up to 960 lumens (ANSI) from four AA pencil batteries. The light source is a state-of-the-art Cree XM-L2 U2 LED with up to 180lm/W efficiency. The battery arrangement gives the flashlight an ergonomic design and the handle fits precisely in the hand.

Convenient and quick operation with two buttons - the main switch turns the flashlight on and the second smaller switch toggles the power modes. The Fenix LD41 offers a total of six digitally controlled power modes to choose between maximum power and endurance (up to 200 hours).

The flashlight is particularly suitable for moving in difficult terrain, search operations, surveillance and general home use. All flashlight parameters (lumen output, battery life, waterproof, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Usage
To turn on, press the larger switch located at the end of the flashlight, to activate immediately, press the switch. Change modes by pressing the second smaller switch. To switch to strobe mode, hold the smaller button for approximately 1 second, to switch to SOS mode, hold the button for approximately 3 seconds. Low battery warning - the flashlight will automatically switch to the lowest mode and flash 3 times every 5 minutes.

Alert
Do not disassemble the sealed part in the head of the flashlight yourself, this will violate the warranty. Never use differently discharged batteries or batteries with different capacities. Always check thoroughly that the batteries are inserted into the holder with the correct polarity. Use only good quality pencil batteries to avoid damaging the flashlight, for example due to battery leakage. If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water. If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons: the batteries are almost dead - replace them. The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. The lamp body is loose - tighten it.
