The jacket opening has a two-way waterproof zipper with an internal protective flap that can be easily opened at either end for ventilation.

The spacious chest pockets with hidden bellows are accessible even when wearing a climbing harness or pack with a hip belt, and have internal pockets made of stretch mesh to keep your cell phone and other small items in place. Two-way zippers on the sides release excess heat. The hem can be adjusted with a drawcord and the sleeve cuffs with Velcro. Eco-Shell is a waterproof, breathable and sustainable hardshell fabric that is treated with a fluorocarbon-free impregnation. Eco-Shell is made from recyclable polyester (both recycled and new) and any emissions from manufacturing and shipping are offset by climate.
