We like to make it the old-fashioned way—rich and creamy, with just the right amount of bite. In our search for the best recipe, we tried many different risottos, but nothing compared to those stuffed with mushrooms. So we use two types: dried porcini mushrooms, which we soak in a delicious, rich broth, and grilled chestnuts. And we don't chop the mushrooms as finely as many of our competitors. You'll find large, juicy slices, just like you would prepare them at home. Our risotto, seasoned with lemon juice and fresh parsley, will warm you up, whether you're eating at the top of a mountain or at your kitchen table. Ingredients: Risotto rice, chestnuts, onion, celery, olive oil, lemon juice, dried porcini mushrooms, mushroom broth (mushroom concentrate, yeast extract, sugar, corn flour), parsley, salt, pepper.
