The Pinguin Alpin S is a waterproof trouser made of two-layer A.C.D. laminate, the top layer of which is made of durable and high-quality Nylon 6. To increase abrasion resistance, the lower inner sides of the trousers are reinforced. Thanks to the membrane used, the trousers are highly breathable, but also waterproof.< /p>
The pockets have waterproof YKK zippers, as do the legs, which can be unzipped to mid-calf. The pants are lined with mesh for added wearing comfort. The trousers are equipped with a belt with a metal buckle and also detachable Velcro-fastened legs.
Unlike the Alpin L, the Alpin S trousers can only be unzipped to about halfway down the calves.
