How to choose the right sizeHRC Team is the perfect cross-country ski pole for amateur athletes. The Nordic FRT handle allows individual adjustment of the loop with millimetre precision to get the hand extremely close to the stick. The double fixation does not loosen even a millimetre during races. The integrated correction zone ensures better propulsion and precise guidance of the sticks.
The handle material is a particularly durable CorTec - extremely wear-resistant and robust even in wet conditions. The pole, which weighs just 57 grams per metre, also features the Fin Vario plate change system, which allows plates to be changed in seconds depending on snow conditions.

We are an authorized dealer of LEKI ski poles and gloves. The German brand LEKI is one of the world's top manufacturers of downhill ski poles, cross-country ski poles, trekking poles, Nordic walking poles and sports gloves.
For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
