How to choose the right sizeThe Guide 2 2-piece ski poles made of high-strength aluminium are versatile ski touring poles for all terrain. Equipped with the new Aergon Air handle, they offer ski touring enthusiasts even more comfort and control. Special cavity technology allows for a lightweight construction that is combined with large support surfaces to offer maximum support on the mountain. The back of the handle is fully rubberised for optimum grip. In addition, the large ergonomic support surface provides support during steep turns on ascents. Thanks to the Speed Lock 2 system, the length can be easily adjusted between 110 and 150 cm, even with gloves on. The ski touring pole is equipped with a large binding plate, which offers you support when handling heel lifts and risers.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
