Integrated MIPS® Brain Protection System
All Giro helmets are designed to reduce as much energy as possible while meeting and even exceeding strict safety standards. The goal of Giro helmets equipped with the integrated Mips® system is to reduce rotational forces while improving fit and comfort through the combination of the Mips slip plane with the helmet’s adjustable fit system. Giro believes that helmets equipped with this technology can, in certain impacts, reduce the amount of rotational force that may be transferred to the rider’s brain. In-Mold construction
In-Mold technology bonds a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet’s impact-absorbing foam liner. This process allows better ventilation, making In-Mold helmets lighter and more comfortable than traditional helmets.

Roc Loc® Sport Fit system
The Roc Loc® Sport adjustment system enables easy one-handed operation with a 7 cm adjustment range. Thanks to a clearly noticeable click and sound, riders can be confident the helmet is being adjusted into a comfortable position. The new Roc Loc® Sport system, offering comfort similar to Roc Loc® 5 and allowing use with a ponytail, brings top functionality to sport helmets. Versions with the integrated Mips® Brain Protection System can provide an additional level of protection in certain impacts.

Reflective elements
Reflective elements increase visibility at night or in poor light conditions when illuminated by a light source, such as headlights, by reflecting light back towards the source and into the driver’s eyes.

Universal Fit™ sizes
Our Universal Fit range helmets are designed to look great and fit almost everyone on the first try. By developing proprietary shell sizes tailored to specific customer groups and combining them with an easy-to-adjust retention system, you can choose the right size straight out of the box—without lengthy and costly trialling of different sizes.
