The waist can be adjusted with a webbing belt; the belt attaches around the waist by threading through the tabs in the front pocket and the internal channel in the back (belt included).
A single layer of ethically produced down insulation in the quilted channels and synthetic insulation over the shoulders provide additional pressure and moisture resistance.
