Combined with 100% fruit concentrates, without additional added sugars, flavours and colourings, Chimpanzee Energy Gel is a simple solution for instant energy replenishment during sports performance.

HOW IS ENERGY GEL CONSUMED?
In general, performance athletes need to consume 200-400 calories per hour. Combining multiple sources such as gels, candies, bars or drinks is recommended.
One packet of Chimpanzee ENERGY GEL can be consumed 15minutes before exercise for carbohydrate saturation and another 1-2 during the next hour of exercise.
