The Dr. Green® range is environmentally friendly, characterised by an inorganic water-based non-stick surface developed with Green Stone® technology. The ideal choice for gentle, low-temperature cooking that keeps food healthy and flavourful.
The inert Green Stone® non-stick surface features double the wear resistance and is made with a unique water-based technology. Thanks to the thick pan wall (6 mm), made of cast aluminium, the temperature remains the same over the entire surface during cooking, allowing for low temperature cooking. This cooking technique does not alter the food, but rather enhances its flavour.
