SURLY is the jacket that will save you in the worst weather. Made of very lightweight, 100% waterproof material. Well ventilated underarms. In Storm, all seams are taped, which guarantees complete waterproofness.
The cape is narrow cut with an extended back and elasticated waist to suit cycling well. The hood is in one piece with the jacket, but can be used to roll it up into a collar and secure with eyelets and Velcro straps, or it can be put directly under the helmet.
The collar is made of combed material on the inside. It is designed primarily for cyclists, but can also be used as a lightweight, foldable backup raincoat for hiking or other sports. Depending on the size, the weight of the cape is around 100 g.
