Is it necessary to replace the bottom bracket? With the CONTEC press-in tool IT-BB-30-86-90, all press-fit bottom brackets of the types BB30, BB86 and BB90 can be pressed in without tilting. The bearings are placed on the axle of the tool, which is pushed through the bottom bracket shell. By tightening the nut, both halves of the tool press the bearings simultaneously and guide them into the frame.
The CONTEC press-in tool guarantees a professional fitting without damaging the frame of the bicycle.
