The 321-ND-18LUX PROFI knife is a cutting knife. In essence, it is a universal kitchen knife for any use and is one of the most used in the kitchen. This knife is ideal for boning and cutting meat, trimming tendons and fatty meats. The tapered blade will aid easy boning around joints and bones.
The blade also contains Molybdenum and Vanadium alloys which give the blade greater cutting and abrasion resistance. The handles ensure a comfortable and secure grip on the knife.
