FENIX HP25R V2.0 - Rechargeable headlamp

Rechargeable headlamp Fenix HP25R V2.0 has two light cones with up to 1600 lumens, With the long-range reflector with the high-end LED Luminus SST-40 producing a well-focused light beam with a range of up to 290 meters and the second reflector with the powerful LED Cree XP-G3 S4 having a light trail that is very wide and smooth up to 50 meters.

The lumen output of the driving reflector is up to 1600 lumens, the wide cone reflector offers a maximum output of 400 lumens and neutral light tint. The control of both LEDs is independent of each other, the light from both reflectors can be freely combined to achieve a luminous flux of up to 1600 lumens (when both reflectors are switched on at the same time, their maximum output is 1200 + 400 lumens).

The spotlight offers 5 light modes and a wide three. The headlamp is also equipped with a red LED with 5 lumens output, which can be used to send an SOS signal in case of emergency.

The power supply is provided by a single Li-ion 21700 battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh, which is included and is charged via a modern USB-C connector directly in the flashlight. This battery is housed in a case on the back of the head, so the headlamp is well balanced on the head.

The headlamp is made of hardened aluminum and durable plastics, its construction is fully dustproof and waterproof to IP66 standard and also impact resistant to drops from 2 meters. It also features extended battery life.

The HP25R V2.0 headlamp replaces the older HP25R version, and with its common high performance and endurance parameters, it is suitable for anyone who wants a strong and reliable partner in extreme conditions. All headlamp parameters (lumen output, battery life, waterproof, range and shockproof) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Using the HP25R V2.0 Headlamp
The battery may have an insulating cap on the battery pack from the factory. Remove it from the battery before first use.
The high beam is switched on by holding the right button (approx. 0.5s), the wide beam or red light is switched on by holding the left button (0.5s). Pressing the right button cycles the main beam mode in the order of 50, 150, 400, 1000, 1600 lumens. Pressing the left button cycles through the wide reflector and red light modes in the order: white 5, 150, 400 lumens, red 5 lumens, SOS signal. Both reflectors are switched off by holding down the corresponding button and after switching off the headlamp remembers the last set mode. Both headlamps can be turned on at the same time.
Battery charge indication - After briefly pressing any button (headlamp must be off), the LED battery charge indicator between the buttons is activated. If the green light is on, it means the battery is 85-100% charged, if the green light is flashing, it means the battery is 50-85% charged. If the red light comes on, the battery is charged to 25-50% and if it starts flashing, the battery level is critical and the headlamp is charged to less than 25%.
The control buttons can be locked to prevent spontaneous switching on e.g. In the off state, press both buttons and hold them for at least 3 seconds, then the headlamp will flash red to indicate locking.
Overheat protection: If the temperature of the headlamp exceeds 60°C it will automatically start to reduce power in gradual steps until the temperature stabilizes.
Discharge Warning: The headlamp automatically reduces the number of available power modes gradually. When the battery is completely depleted, only the single lowest mode will be available. If the battery status indicator starts flashing while the light is on, the battery is almost dead.

Charging
Open the USB-C connector cap on the battery case and plug in the included charging cable, then plug the other end of the cable into a computer, power bank, or USB mains adapter or USB car adapter (not included). During charging, the LED on the battery case is red. When fully charged, it will remain lit in green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes approximately 4 hours.

Caution
Do not disassemble the sealed parts yourself, it will violate the warranty.
Use only high quality Li-ion batteries for power supply.
If the headlamp blinks, does not switch to higher power modes or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The batteries are almost dead - replace them or charge the battery.
The contacts in the battery holder are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
