Use
To turn on the flashlight, point the reflector away from you and turn it counterclockwise (tighten the head). Turning in the opposite direction turns the flashlight off again (head loosening). To change the brightness, quickly turn the flashlight off and back on from the on state. This will switch the flashlight to the next output level. If you leave the flashlight off for more than 1.5 seconds, it will return to the lowest light mode (5 lumens).
Overheat protection - When operating on the highest mode for extended periods of time, the flashlight may reduce output to achieve optimum temperature and endurance.

Caution
Do not disassemble the sealed part in the head of the flashlight yourself, this will void the warranty.
Do not remove the batteries from the flashlight if you will not be using it for an extended period of time or if the battery is already discharged, especially with alkaline batteries
they risk draining and resulting in a damaged flashlight.
Insert the battery with the positive terminal facing the head of the flashlight.
If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them.
If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher power modes or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The batteries are almost dead - replace them.
The contacts inside the flashlight are clogged - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
