FENIX Fenix ARE-A4 (Li-ion, NiMH) - four-channel charger

The Fenix ARE-A4 universal four-channel charger is designed for both 3.7V/3.6V Li-ion and NiMH/NiCd batteries. Each charging slot is monitored independently so that batteries of different sizes, capacities and even different chemistries can be charged simultaneously (both Li-ion and NiMH/NiCd can be charged at the same time). The charger automatically detects the inserted battery type and selects the optimal charging algorithm.

The charger can charge Li-ion batteries of the following types: 26650, 22650, 25500, 21700, 20700, 18650, 17670, 18700, 14650, 18500, 18490, 18350, 17500, 14500, 16340, RCR123, 10440 and NiMH batteries of AAA, AA, C size. 21700 and 20700 Li-ion batteries with protective electronics can also be charged in the charger.

  Using the Fenix ARE-A4 Charger
  Plug the charger into a wall outlet. The display will light up. When the batteries are inserted, the display will show the battery type and charging status. A button next to each charging channel is used to toggle the displayed information in the following order: voltage - charging current - charging time. By holding the button for a long time, the display can be switched off and then switched on again for a short time and the current battery voltage will be displayed again.

  Caution
  Do not charge Li-ion cells that have undergone an over-discharge condition (below 2V).
  Do not insert batteries into the charger in reverse (reverse polarity).
  Please observe safety guidelines when using the charger.
  It is recommended to use high quality protected Li-ion batteries.
  Not intended for charging LiFePO4 batteries.
