In cyclo-cross racing, every slightest advantage against your rivals plays a role. The racers need a bike that can handle fast starts, sharp turns, artificial obstacles and passes through sand, mud or even snow. The Brava Advanced Pro women's carbon CX special handles it all perfectly.
The Brava Advanced Pro is built on a super-lightweight Advanced Composite carbon frame with cyclocross-specific geometry. This is designed to make carrying the bike on your shoulder easy and comfortable, while the V-shaped down tube effectively sheds mud. The full carbon fork with OverDrive 2 post is also made from the same material as the frame.

![]() | OverDrive 2 The most advanced oversize front fork post technology on Giant bikes is designed to increase the stiffness of the front of the frameset and steering for precise handling. It includes oversize headset bearings (lower 1 1/2" and upper 1 1/4") and a tapered fork post to provide maximum steering stiffness. |
| D-Fuse Saddle | ![]() |
A staple of today's cyclocross bikes are hydraulic disc brakes, which provide powerful stopping power and smooth modulation, greatly improving the bike's handling, regardless of track conditions. The brakes are mounted using modern flat mounts and 12mm solid axles provide the necessary stiffness. The OverDrive 2 fork column increases steering stiffness and thus improves the bike's handling.
The D-Fuse carbon seatpost, thanks to its "D" shape, absorbs vibrations better than a conventional round seatpost, making the ride more comfortable. However, the frame is also ready for a standard 30.9 mm round seatpost - so you can also install a telescopic seatpost on the bike, which you will appreciate especially on descents, where riding with a low saddle will be more comfortable and safer.

| Weight | Unfortunately, there is no standard for weighing bikes that all manufacturers adhere to, and the weights listed are often inaccurate. To find out the exact weight of a bike in a given size, you need to have the bike weighed at the store, as well as a model from a competing brand – this is the only way to get accurate figures for weight comparison. |
