Thanks to the Speed Lock 2 plus system, the length can be easily adjusted between 100 and 120 cm, even with gloves. The packed size is only 38 cm, so the stick can be easily stowed in a backpack in steeper passages. The ski touring pole is equipped with a large binding plate, which offers you support when handling heel lifts and a climbing belt.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
