Parsnips, red lentils, parsley and poppy seeds are not only rich in calcium, but also known for their free radical-fighting antioxidant properties. Served with millet and a creamy mushroom sauce and seasoned with anti-inflammatory spices such as turmeric, horseradish and pepper, the dish offers much more than meets the eye.
The food is filling yet easy to digest. Delicate but full of flavour and aroma. Ready in 10 minutes. Parsnips and lentils in mushroom sauce combine convenience and real quality to make this a dish for any health food lover's busy days.

Preparation:
1. Tear off at the notch above the cap.
2. Add hot boiled water - the amount of water can be found on the back of the package and the corresponding auxiliary line inside the package.3. Insert the hot water into the package. Stir thoroughly.
4. Close the zipper and leave for 9 minutes.
5. Tear off at the notch below the main cap, mix again and enjoy!
