What are the benefits of frozen foods?

1. Appearance - Freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and texture, unlike air-dried foods which shrink and shrink due to the high processing temperature. Simply add water and within minutes the food is back to its original form.

Preparation:

1. Tear off the edge of the bag.
2. Remove the bag containing the oxygen absorber (a non-flammable bag containing moisture-absorbing iron oxide).
3. Pour hot water into the bag (small pack 360ml/large pack 570ml) and stir.
4. Close the bag and leave the contents to rehydrate.
5. After 8 minutes, stir, or refill if necessary.

Food can be eaten directly from the bag or served on a plate as required.
