Advanced Composite Technology
In our in-house carbon processing factory, we use premium raw carbon with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio to produce the custom Advanced Composite material. The front triangle of the frame is assembled and cured in a single piece (monocoque) using a patented manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.

D-Fuse Seatpost
The D-Fuse seatpost is designed to dampen vibrations and absorb shocks from the riding surface, making the ride more comfortable. It works by flexing slightly under load, thanks to its specific "D" shape.

Compact Road Design
When Giant introduced the Compact Road design for road bikes in the 1990s, it forever changed the look and feel of performance road bikes. The sloping top tube (from the head tube to the seat tube) creates a smaller front and rear triangle, resulting in a lighter and stiffer bike. It also makes it easier for riders with different proportions to achieve an ideal riding position.

OverDrive
The oversized steerer tube technology is designed to increase the stiffness of the front end of the frame and improve steering precision. It includes oversized headset bearings (lower 1 1/4" and upper 1 1/8" for road bikes and lower 1 1/2" and upper 1 1/8" for MTB bikes) and a tapered fork steerer for optimal steering stiffness.
