The latest generation of the Anthem Advanced Pro 29, introduced in the 2022 model range, is a super-lightweight full-carbon XC special designed for today's technically demanding cross-country trails, which place great demands not only on riders but also on their bikes. With FlexPoint Pro rear suspension and advanced geometry, the Anthem is ready for even the toughest XC races - it will excel in technical passages and fast descents as well as steep climbs.
The Advanced Composite all-carbon frame delivers significant weight savings - 241 grams lighter than the previous generation of this frame. The center compound area provides increased stiffness for faster acceleration, and the steeper seat tube (75.5° angle) puts the rider in an optimal position for maximum efficiency on the exits.

The frame geometry and suspension setup of the Anthem Advanced Pro 29 are fully optimised for 29" wheels. The frame has a longer reach (the horizontal distance from the center of the wheel to the center of the top of the head tube) and the "cockpit" has also been modified to use wider handlebars (760mm) with a modern 35mm diameter. These improvements further increase the bike's stability on challenging XC terrain and at high speeds.
Founded in 1972, Giant is the largest bicycle manufacturer in the world.
Giant is the world's leading brand of high quality bicycles and cycling equipment. As part of the Giant Group, founded in 1972, the Giant brand combines craftsmanship, advanced technology and innovative design.
Giant has long been one of the leading innovators in cycling. They introduced lighter and stronger aluminium frames at a time when steel was the industry standard. They were the first to make carbon fibre bikes widely available to the world. They defined modern road bike design with Compact Road geometry. And the patented Maestro suspension revolutionized the full-suspension bike segment.

| Weight | Unfortunately, there is no standard for weighing bikes that all manufacturers adhere to, and the weights listed are often inaccurate. To find out the exact weight of a bike in a given size, you need to have the bike weighed at the store, as well as a model from a competing brand – this is the only way to get accurate figures for weight comparison. |
