How to make a warranty claim:
- Contact the retailer where the product was purchased

- State the product type, place and approximate year of purchase, a description of the defect, and attach photos
Spare parts free of charge for the first 2 years, then for a fee. Stanley will repair or replace the product with a comparable model at its own discretion.
