Today's company Eisbär - Czech for "polar bear" - originated from a small family business in the Austrian town of Feldkirchen/Donau. Eisbär is the best known and most iconic brand of knitted winter and ski hats. You've certainly come across them at ski races by the slopes or on the cross-country course. It is also interesting to note that Eisbär caps have been the official partner of the Austrian national alpine ski team for more than 30 years.
Headwear handmade in Austria from 50% merino wool from New Zealand, which is valued worldwide for its properties - it does not irritate the skin, does not cause allergies and is completely biodegradable. Merino wool does not cause sweating or itchy scalp.
