TUBELESS READY
Tubless tires provide many benefits to the rider: the ability to use lower air pressure, which improves traction, lower rolling resistance compared to tubed tires, and less chance of a flat because no tube is used. Tubeless tires are marked with the letters "TR" on the sidewall.
Tubless tires must be mounted on rims compatible with tubeless tires and require the use of a liquid sealant to maintain pressure. Liquid sealants have the added advantage of sealing small punctures. Be sure to check the sealant periodically and renew it as needed, as it will dry out over time.
Liquid sealants should only be used in the following types of tires: tubeless road, tubeless and ready-to-use tubeless. Use of liquid sealants in any other Maxxis tire will void the warranty.

EXO+
EXO+ is Maxxis' medium puncture protection option that is suitable for all-around trail riding and lightweight electric bikes. We start with a durable 60 TPI casing, add our legendary EXO puncture protection layer in the sidewalls, and top it off with a small butyl insert around the bead. The durable EXO casing and material prevents damage from rocks and roots, while the butyl inserts protect the casing from punctures and help prevent rim damage.

3C MAXXTERRA
Maxxis' 3C MaxxTerra is a medium triple compound configuration used in our entire line of mountain tires. The 3C MaxxTerra compound offers more traction than the 3C MaxxSpeed, while providing better tread wear and less rolling resistance than the MaxxGrip, making it ideal for trail riding in all conditions.
