Instructions for use
Putting on the belt: Attach the monitor to the belt, pull it around your chest – the contact electrodes must fit snugly against your skin. Pairing with Strava (or another app):Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Note: On iPhones, for example, you don't need to pair the device; just open the app and you will find the sensor there. Once the sensor is paired with your phone, you don't need to do this again. Open Strava → Menu → Devices → Chest Straps → search for "Bontrager HR Belt" and connect.
Use: Start your workout – the belt will automatically send your heart rate to the app.
After your workout: Disconnect, remove the belt, remove the sensor, and cut the strap from the electrode (if it is dirty). The belt can be washed by hand or at 30°C without fabric softener. Maintenance: Do not immerse the monitor in water. Replace the CR2032 battery every 12–18 months.
