Proper care:
Proper care will keep your knife in top condition. The knife is dishwasher safe, but we still recommend hand washing. To give the knife a long life, wash it with water and dish detergent immediately after use. If you leave the knife unwashed for an extended period of time, salty or acidic food residues may stain the blade.
When using the dishwasher, make sure the knife does not touch other metal objects in the cutlery basket. Over the long term, changes in the intensity of the handle colour and blade rusting may occur with use in the dishwasher.
