Our unique design with 10% ovality and 112° timing is less aggressive than the competition, meaning any change in pedal stroke is almost imperceptible, but retains the benefits of the oval shape.
The "Power Zone" engages a larger diameter transducer, giving the effect of more gearing, while the "Recovery Zone" engages a smaller diameter transducer, allowing for easier pedaling and more efficient recovery. This leads to more efficient pedaling and better traction.
The product is compatible with 110 BCD 5-arm cranks and can also be easily fitted to SRAM cranks with 4 visible and 1 hidden bolt, just turn the crank 180 degrees.
An ideal choice for cyclocross, gravel or touring bikes, PTE derailleurs are universal and compatible with 9, 10, 11 speed and 12 speed Sram Eagle chainsets, including Sram FlatTop 12 speed sets.
